The drawing of the hotel in 2-point perspective is a personal project that originally started out as an assignment for my rendering class during the Fall 2022 semester. I drew the hotel which is loosely based off of the L’Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, California that I saw during family tips to San Diego and Carlsbad during my childhood. When I was working on this drawing, I looked at different buildings for use as reference for my building before I started drawing in my sketchbook. One of those buildings used for referencing was a hotel in Del Mar, California named the L’Auberge Del Mar. In the end, my building that I designed was drawn out in two-point perspective which I decided to keep and redrew this building in three-point perspective to turn in.
